Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Sudoku app.

Daily Sudoku is operated by Jonathan Reis SDE LTDA under the Sunstone Apps brand.

Acceptance

By using Sudoku, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Use of the app

Sudoku is a puzzle game for entertainment. You can play games, save local progress, mark favorites, track statistics, and participate in the Daily Challenge available on the device.

You agree not to:

• interfere with the operation of the app, ads, analytics, or crash reporting;
• use reverse engineering, abusive automation, or unauthorized means to manipulate results;
• use the app in an illegal, fraudulent, or harmful way.

Local data

The app saves progress, settings, favorites, statistics, and history locally on the device. This data can be deleted in Settings, by uninstalling the app, or by clearing app data. In the first store release, the app does not provide accounts, cloud backup, or cross-device sync.

Ads and consent

Sudoku may show ads. The app uses Google AdMob and consent controls where applicable. Ad availability, format, and frequency may change to keep the app free and operational.

Purchases and paid features

The app may offer in-app purchases, including a lifetime ad-free entitlement, paid credit packs, and cosmetic unlocks. Purchases are processed by the app store and RevenueCat. Credit packs are consumable digital items used for gameplay helpers such as hints and Auto Notes. Consumables are credited after a successful purchase, stay saved on the device, and may not be restorable after use, uninstalling the app, changing devices, clearing app data, or losing local storage. Non-consumable purchases, such as ad-free and paid skins, can be restored through the store screen when supported by the platform.

Removing ads disables banner and interstitial ads for the entitled account, but it does not turn paid or rewarded gameplay actions into free actions unless the app explicitly says so.

Intellectual property

The app, interface, code, brand, text, visual elements, and product logic belong to their respective owners. These terms only grant a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the app as provided.

Third-party services

The app may depend on third-party services, such as Google AdMob, Firebase Analytics, and Sentry. These services may have their own terms and policies.

Availability and changes

The app is provided as is. We may fix bugs, change features, remove functionality, adjust ads, or stop support when needed. We make reasonable efforts to keep the app stable, but we do not guarantee continuous operation, absence of errors, or compatibility with every device.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses related to the use or inability to use the app.

Termination

We may restrict or terminate access to the app if there is misuse, violation of these terms, or a legal requirement.
