This page explains how to request deletion of data associated with Daily Sudoku.

App and developer

Daily Sudoku is operated by Jonathan Reis SDE LTDA under the Sunstone Apps brand.

App account status

Daily Sudoku does not provide user accounts, login, cloud backup, or cross-device sync in the current release.

Delete local app data

Most gameplay data stays on your device. This includes settings, in-progress games, favorites, statistics, achievements, Daily Challenge progress, credits, and local unlock state.

You can delete local app data by:

  • using the reset or deletion options available in the app settings, when available;
  • uninstalling Daily Sudoku from your device;
  • clearing the app data from Android system settings.

Local data that stays only on your device cannot be recovered by Sunstone Apps after you delete it.

Request deletion of collected data

To request deletion of data collected through third-party services used by Daily Sudoku, email privacy@sunstoneapps.com.

Include:

  • the app name: Daily Sudoku;
  • the store platform: Google Play;
  • the approximate date of your request;
  • a brief description of what you want deleted.

Do not include sensitive information such as passwords, full payment card numbers, or government IDs.

Data covered by requests

Depending on your use of the app, a deletion request may relate to:

  • advertising identifiers and ad-related data processed through Google AdMob;
  • analytics events processed through Firebase Analytics;
  • crash and diagnostic reports processed through Sentry;
  • purchase, receipt, entitlement, and restore information processed through Google Play Billing and RevenueCat.

Some third-party providers may require you to use their own privacy controls, store account settings, or support channels. When that applies, we may direct you to the relevant provider.

Data we may retain

Some data may be retained when required for legal, security, fraud prevention, accounting, app store, or dispute-resolution purposes. Purchase records handled by Google Play may also remain available in your Google account or Play purchase history according to Google’s policies.

Response time

We aim to review privacy requests within a reasonable period and will respond by email when we need more information or when the request has been handled.
